If a site visit is possible, we can schedule a visit and meet personally to discuss your requirements and we shall take appropriate measurements. If site visit is not possible, please share a layout (generally the Builder shares this with you while booking the property, or you would have it as part of the Registration Documents). We don’t ask your budget at this stage !

Based on the measurements and your requirements, BJ eInterio, the best turnkey interior designers in Pune, shall share a Project Cost Estimate with you by email. As part of the estimates, we give you 3 variants with different material and activities and hence, different costs. We can have a phone call to walk you through the contents of this email, since there are lot of details in this communication.

You Evaluate

You are requested to evaluate each of these variants vis-à-vis your requirements and your budget. You can combine activities from different variants, or even add or drop any activity to make a customized package for yourself and let us know. You are welcome to reach out to us if you need assistance. At this stage, we need to narrow down on the specifics of the project – activities to be done, material to be used and the final budget.

Now, we start with the designing specifically about your property and your requirements. At this stage we request for a Commitment Amount which is approximately 5% of the estimated project cost – This payment is part of the overall project cost.

Once the Commitment Amount is received, we shall start designing following the below steps: a. The layout (i.e. furniture placements, etc) is finalized. b. Then, the front views of the critical sections of the entire design are finalized. c. Then, the material alternatives are discussed and finalized

Get.. Set…Go!!

Based on the designs finalized, we shall true-up the estimates from point no 3 above and give you the Final Project Cost and the project duration, which shall be a commitment from our side. Thus, no cost changes to the project cost and duration after this stage. We shall also share a Project Plan - mentioning dates, milestone activities and payments to be done from your end. {Disclaimer: Force Majeure clause (i.e. situations out of our control like natural calamity, riots, etc.) shall trigger in if there is such a situation.}

Get Your Dream Project Completed

All Done ! As soon as you make the next payment, work starts at site as per the project plan. You can visit site per convenience as well. If you are located in a different city, or are unable to visit site, we can make video calls and show you the progress.
