BJ eInterio offers Interior Designing Services on Turnkey contract basis or Consulting contract basis.
Turnkey Contract means, the total cost mentioned shall including material and labour. BJ eInterio shall be responsible for providing the appropriate material, co-ordinating with the vendor on agreed designs, and ensuring the appropriate quality is delivered within the agreed cost and time. This kind of contract is helpful when Client wants to fix the responsibility of the entire contract on a single agency and does not want to interact / co-ordinate with multiple agencies.
BJ eInterio shall provide only the designs, and shall not be responsible for the work done by vendors. Client shall be free to hire vendors and use material of their choice. This mode is helpful when Client has contacts with agencies like Carpenters, Painters, etc. and wants micro involvements in all aspects like procurement of material, supervision, coordination amongst different teams, etc.
BJ eInterio shall be happy to address your querries and concerns all this while.
Payment amounts are fixed based on the further payments to vendors for materials, services etc. The timings is generally every weekend, so that activities related to the project do not hamper your professional commitments.
Yes, BJ eInterio provides warranty which is different for the various aspects involved. For eg.: LED light fittings have a free replacement warranty of 2 years, carpentry work carries a warranty for 5 or 10 years depending on the material being used. Warranty terms are clearly and separately mentioned as part of the Cost estimations.
Customised designs for your property are prepared and shown to you after sign-up and payment of the Commitment Amount.
Yes, BJ eInterio gives the final cost after the designing and material freeze, but before the start of the on-site work. This cost and time estimate are a commitment from BJ eInterio.
Designing is the most critical part of the process and we have detailed discussions with you and share indicative images on the whatsapp group based on the discussions. Based on your choices from the images, we make specific design alternatives for you considering practical constraints like, room dimensions, directions, position of pillars / window, etc. These drawings are explained and discussed with you and appropriate changes are made.
With all these interactive steps involved, there is no chance that you do not like the designs. We have not had a single case since our inception, where our Clients have not like our designing despite multiple rounds of discusions.

Any design or material changes after the start of on-site work is likely to increase cost and delay the timelines. At the designing stage itself, please ask questions and convince yourself for the suitability of the design and material being used. From our side, please be assured that we shall propose only those designs and materials that shall be suitable for your use – this is just a question of your buy-in on the same.
For the purpose of the first estimate, no site visit is generally required. A layout diagram mentioning dimensions and a small telephonic discussion with you on your requirements, is enough for us to give the first estimate. Post sign-up, our visit to the site shall necessarily happen.
BJ eInterio charges for its designing and co-ordination services separately as the last item in the Estimates working. This is to give you a transparent picture of our charges and the cost of materials and services for your project separately.
We are in continuous touch with our team working at site through phone and whatsapp. We also visit site regularly as required. Generally, site visits are less in the initial phase and the frequency increases as the project approaches completion.

Yes, we accept contracts for smaller properties as well, as long as it for the entire house.
Nope. We do not take contracts for partial houses.
Generally, it is far more advisable to shift out for a few months. The main reason is that the entire project can be completed way faster as we can have multiple team working parallelly on different aspects. Also, since the project gets completed faster there would be bit of comparative cost saving. If you continue to stay in the same place, the noise and dust shall trouble you and the entire family so much so that the additional cost of shifting out and shifting back in would also get justified.
Nope. We can, instead, connect you with agencies who offer personal loans which you can repay in EMIs.
Yes, very much. Generally, one or two visits, spanning 4 hours each is enough to complete entire selection. Incase if Client wishes to visit some more showrooms or wants to explore more options, Client is welcome to visit different places and shortlist. We can visit once and do the final selections.
Yes, you can. However, the responsibility of after sales-services, if any, shall be with the Client.
Yes, you can. A contract can be closed by either parties. However, the final bill from BJ eInterio shall be based on costs incurred including advance payments made, if any. However, based on past experience, it is very unlikely that there would be a situation to foreclose a project.

Important point to be noted is that once a project gets de-railed, it is
tough to re-track it since, most teams have their further engagements
planned on other projects.
Also, every day of delay adds to the project cost without a value
addition.
